Steps

• Sanitised bucket
• For ‘Bondi Gold’ vanilla mix – Add 2 litres of water
  OR
  For ‘Surfs Up’ vanilla mix – Add 1 litre of cold water and one litre of milk, or you can try the mix with 2 litres of just water
• Add 1 x 860g packet of mix to your bucket
• Mix with a wire whisk or an electric hand whisk
• Keep stirring until the mix has dissolved and there are no visible lumps
• We recommend allowing the mix to stand for one hour in the refrigerator. This allows the product to activate correctly and ensures that there’s no water particles left in the mix for a creamier product
• Whisk again vigorously before putting in soft serve machine
• Then pour the mix into your soft serve machine hopper
